Areas of Focus
Navigating Life’s In-Between Seasons
Life doesn’t always move in neat stages. Many people come to therapy during the in-between moments — when things feel uncertain, heavy, and anxious.
I work with individuals who are experiencing burnout, mental overload, relationship challenges, fertility struggles, parenting stress, or major life transitions. This can show up as a sense of overwhelm, or as the quieter, persistent question many people find themselves asking in their 30s or 40s: Is this really it?
I also support young adults who feel stuck or uncertain about career direction, relationships, or identity. During this stage of life, there can be intense pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and gain perspective while you explore what feels meaningful and true for you.
Couples navigating relationship stress or life transitions, including communication challenges, disconnection, fertility or parenting stress, and the impact of burnout or major changes on your partnership.
No matter where you are in life, therapy with me is collaborative, exploratory, skill-based and supportive. We focus on reconnecting with your values, building resilience, and helping you feel more grounded and intentional — even when life feels uncertain or out of your control.
If any of this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
Infertility, Perinatal Mental Health + Parenting
Infertility can be an emotionally and physically overwhelming experience—one that is often difficult to put into words. Many individuals and couples feel isolated, misunderstood, or unsure of how to move forward while navigating treatment decisions, loss, and uncertainty. My specialization in infertility grew from both professional training and personal experience, as well as from witnessing the lack of informed, compassionate infertility therapy within the mental health field. My work centers on helping clients regain a sense of agency, clarity, and self-trust during a time that can feel deeply out of control.
Pregnancy and the transition into parenthood can also bring unexpected emotional challenges. I provide therapy for individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including depression, anxiety, and trauma related to fertility, pregnancy, or birth. With advanced training in infertility, loss, trauma, and perinatal mental health, I support clients in making space for their full emotional experience while building resilience and confidence during this significant life transition.
Parenting can be hard, especially when you’re feeling unsure about how to respond to your child or teen. Many parents I work with care deeply and just want to feel more confident and connected in their role. My approach is rooted in respectful parenting — meeting children where they are emotionally and developmentally. We focus on strengthening connection first, often through curiosity and playfulness (yes, even with teenagers!), while also creating clear, supportive boundaries. We will work on practical ways to respond rather than react, so parenting feels more manageable, more connected, and more aligned with your values.
