What to Expect

A good fit, where you feel comfortable with your therapist, is key to any positive therapeutic relationship. I invite you to set up an initial session to determine your comfort level and connection.  Collaboration and providing feedback to the therapist is essential. I want your feedback - the good, bad, and the ugly - and I encourage my clients to be open in order to get the absolute most out of sessions.
