I am a licensed psychologist in New York and Montana with experience working alongside individuals in many different stages and circumstances of life. My background includes work in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, college counseling centers, Veterans Affairs hospitals, forensic settings, and community mental health clinics. I completed my postdoctoral training at a college counseling center, where I supported undergraduate and graduate students navigating stress, identity development, relationships, and major life transitions. I am deeply committed to offering a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ and gender-nonconforming individuals.
My training has shaped an approach that is both grounded and compassionate. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in integrated behavioral health, and I hold a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s degree from New York University. I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health and psychodynamic psychotherapy, which allows me to attend to both present-day challenges and the deeper patterns that influence how we relate to ourselves and others.
In addition to my private practice, I work at a nonprofit mental health clinic where I supervise clinicians and support their professional growth. I also maintain a forensic practice, conducting private forensic evaluations, alternative-to-incarceration assessments, and consultation. Across all of my work, I value collaboration, curiosity, and respect—meeting each person where they are and helping them move toward greater clarity, agency, and alignment in their lives.
